All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Shuishui Teaware within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Each piece of teaware is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely to you.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Domestic orders (within Asia): 7–15 business days

  • International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or international shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available during special promotions — please check our homepage for updates.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Shuishui Teaware is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will do our best to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking it down.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
