Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shuishui Teaware.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any items so that we can provide you with the proper return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Because of the handmade nature of our teaware, please note that:

  • Small variations in glaze, color, or texture are normal and are part of each piece’s unique charm.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
